Teen Leadership Breakthrough is a challenging course. It is a challenging course because when people move outside their comfort zones, the greatest amount of learning takes place. Students who attend our training complete over 50 processes throughout the training that challenge them on a range of skills like team work, focus, communication, and self awareness. When students return to their personal lives, they are more engaged in their own success, more enthusiastic about the world around them, and more empowered to lead.

As documented in a study by the University of Calgary, Teen Leadership Breakthrough dramatically increases a student's emotional intelligence.  Their self-awareness will increase, as will their awareness and understanding of others.  Additionally, they will improve their ability to manage themselves and the relationships with the people in their life.

Every child processes this training in a different way.  Some students are extremely introverted and do not want to talk.  Others will be very extroverted and they will want to share everything they did in class.  Once your child has a few days to process what they have learned, use our family discussion form to have an indepth conversation about their expereince, what they have learned, their future focus, and how you can support them.
