Rapport is proud to employ the most effective leadership trainers in the world. One of the reasons our training is powerful is the caliber of individuals that deliver our classes. Rapport trainers are passionate about developing leaders and making a difference in schools, foundations, communities, families, and businesses.
Our trainers are effective because of the amount of time they spend in and out of a classroom before they receive certification to train on their own. Their process begins with a series of extensive interview steps, which include verbal interviews, written assignments, and a one-and-a-half day entrance exam that they must complete prior to entering Rapport’s Trainer University.
Once invited to attend our Trainer University, candidates complete 12 to 24 months of in-class practice with a dedicated coach before they train a class by themselves. In addition to class time, they spend an extensive amount of time learning material and practicing processes. Before a trainer delivers a process in front of a class, s/he must deliver the process for a certified Master Trainer who will approve the trainer to facilitate the process with a class. This extensive process allows each trainer to learn and understand thoroughly the purpose of the class, each process, the course methodology, and ways to handle any situations that may arise.
We are proud of our training and passionately committed to its continuing quality. Even after a person becomes a certified trainer, Rapport conducts regular quality control checks to ensure we maintain exceptional standards and perpetuate our commitment to excellence.
