Leadership growth is personal growth. Our training teaches leadership behaviors by providing a series of processes that allows each participant to experience and practice leadership competencies such as collaboration, enthusiasm, focus, and taking action. All Rapport Leadership International classes are experiential, meaning students participate actively throughout the course; there is very little lecture time. We offer experiences for one reason: it works.

LEADERSHIP BREAKTHROUGH ONE
This intense, challenging, hands-on course creates significant leadership growth. Through a series of interactive processes, each participant builds on his/her strengths and eliminates barriers to personal effectiveness. Every student practices and performs leadership competencies such as teamwork, enthusiasm, focus, accountability, and taking action. The outcome is unique for each participant as the leadership opportunity is different for every person. Feedback occurs throughout the class and it allows individuals to identify core values, sharpen speaking skills, build confidence, and enhance motivation. Every person, regardless of his/her role in life, will advance his/her leadership skills to the next level.

LEADERSHIP BREAKTHROUGH TWO
The essence of this course involves linking team goals to each individual’s unique contribution to the effort. Exploration of team dynamics occurs through a variety of outdoor exercises and challenges that highlight communication, collaboration, and trust. Each process is a powerful metaphor about real-life team situations. Participants leave understanding accountability and eliminating complacency. Each challenge produces individual and team growth and anchors in the behaviors of high performance teams. This class is suitable for all levels of athletic ability.

POWER COMMUNICATION
In this class, participants identify their learning and communication preferences – visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Communication tools and techniques involve practice one-on-one, in small teams, and in large group exercises. Students learn to build rapport and gain active listening skills for improving all relationships – business and personal. This class works well with co-workers and/or with family members. Whether one wants to increase sales productivity or build agreement-gaining skills, this interactive program will enhance one’s communication effectiveness immediately. 

EAGLE QUEST
This outdoor adventure class moves participants out of their comfort zones to examine self-imposed limits and willingness to take risks. Using powerful team challenges and a state-of-the-art ropes course, students gain self-confidence and develop problem-solving skills. This two-and-a-half-day experience is strategically sequenced and masterfully facilitated to raise the bar on personal achievement. By clarifying how to stay on-purpose, to walk the path of our dreams, and to learn to leave no one behind, team support, encouragement and empowerment rise to new heights! 

LIFE MASTERY 
What is your ultimate lifestyle? In this class, students have the opportunity to identify the goals and dreams they have in seven different categories: personal, recreational, spiritual, career, financial, familial, and personal relationships. Keeping these categories in mind aids the participants in creating balanced lifestyles, and each student will leave with a detailed five-year life/financial plan as well as a detailed action plan for the following year.The most successful leaders in business and in life write down their dreams and goals, yet, only about 3-4% of the population takes the time to do so. In this class, one will have the opportunity to identify what one really wants in life and uncover a process of writing those ideas down and creating the action plan to make it happen. The results of this class are in the hands of each participant because the student will be doing the work. This is your life and it is up to you to create it. We will guide you through a series of processes designed to get you to expand your awareness and think about your lifestyle and your business in a different way. The bottom line is each person walks out with a new passion and enthusiasm for his or her life, business, career, family, and relationships.

RAPPORT CERTIFIED SPECIALIST
As a Rapport Certified Specialist (Level 1), you will be in the unique position of intimately understanding the link between leadership development, cultivating a leadership-based culture, and how to use this as a strategic element in your school/district’s growth and continued success. You also will have the opportunity to practice delivering and facilitating several Rapport Leadership training processes and tools. As part of this segment, you will receive feedback from a Rapport Trainer to ensure you are set up for success when you leave class.

Rapport Empowered Education develops programs to strengthen the leadership culture within your school.  We understand that every culture has unique challenges and goals.  Whether you want to enhance teamwork, improve communication, increase accountability, or provide your staff with new skills, we will design a program to meet your needs.  Custom classes provide a structured environment that addresses the essential developmental aspects that a school or district needs to take themselves to the next level.  Our plan-of-action will address the full environment, including the development of students, teachers, professors, coaches, families, and administrators.
